A list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) about copyrights was prepared to provide guidance to faculty who may create copyrightable materials while at SDSU. The SDSU Policy was used as a basis for developing the FAQs. These FAQs are advisory. Please reference the SDSU University Policy for detailed information on Copyrights, Trademarks and Trade Secrets.
